My role and responsibilities:

• Designed major projects such as Checkout, Payments, Long Term Reservations, Express Onboarding, Reservation Builder, Point-of-Sale System, and Marketplace

• Daily meetings with development and product teams

• Close collaboration with developers and superiors

• Redesigned features on B2B-facing platform, as well as B2C Marketplace/Checkout

• Introduced accessible design to existing and new features

• Extensively consulted and collaborated on projects with outside agencies

• Interviewed and shadowed for user feedback on future features and improvements
