My role and responsibilities:

  • Worked tirelessly on Procore Capital, a Fintech environment that specifically helped customers unlock working capital and bridge payment gaps

  • Collaborated consistently with Sales, Financial Operations, Credit Operations, Marketing, Content, Engineering, and Product to ensure product success

  • Designed in Figma, with all designs built using the robust Procore Design System

  • Continued on path of working on SaaS/B2B products

  • Gained experience working within a fully fledged Design Organization, like working with UX Content Designers and UX Researchers, as well as other Product Designers

  • Participated in team and org level Design Critiques

  • Executed research with regular user interviews and research tools
